SDR Changes for 4.45
The following changes have been made for 4.45 to support changes to the SDR for 2025 onwards, arising from the TEC Data Systems refresh programme:

The fields Discounted Course Tuition Fee and Discounted Compulsory Course Costs Fee have been added to the Curriculum UIO Details page.

New curriculum elements have been added to the cloning process.

New learner elements have been added to the de-duplication process.

New curriculum elements have been added to the roll forward process.

Location long description has been increased to 100 characters.

References to DSR have been changed to SDR 2025+ to reflect the changes to the process.

The logic to populate the Max[ima] exempt fee field (SDR field 1.21) has been updated to handle multi-year enrolment fees.

Only fees that have been invoiced are reported.

The year element of the fees invoice date must match the SDR reporting year.

The fees do not need to be linked to an enrolment to be reported. This is to allow for the reporting of ad-hoc service fees that are Fee Max exempt (such as fees charged to give access to library services, or a general administration fee charged once per year).

Changes for Service Pack 1
The CSV files used to submit SDR 2025+ data to the TEC (Tertiary Education Commission) have been updated to remove non-alphanumeric characters from the column headers. The updated CSV files are as follows:

Changes for Service Pack 2
The Learner CSV file used to submit SDR 2025+ data to the TEC (Tertiary Education Commission) has been updated as follows:

The Disability Services Accessed Indicator column has been restored to the file.

Disabilities that start on or before the current calendar year start date are now included in the file.
